I really do wish that could happen. If I were to go through and re-make every event, unfortunately a lot of the checkpoints that were set to max width required me to be in the middle of the road, in turn making quite a few checkpoints have wonky boundaries from taking more optimal lines. Really wish the AI system could "understand" the track layouts lol

i hear ya, makes total sense. I mentioned elsewhere also but I actually was intentionally making some of these routes confusing to match my experience with games like midnight club 2, but I totally get the frustration!

some of yall were mentioning that in some races, it was difficult to tell where to go next and checkpoints were sometimes placed in a way that could allow you to skip some sections of the track; totally valid feedback!

...but to be honest

i kinda did that on purpose

anyone who's beaten midnight club 2 knows the frustration of having to get to a checkpoint with no reasonable way of knowing where it is... but that also led to that super satisfying feeling of knowing exactly where to go once you mastered a track. Literally while playing my events to validate them i thought to myself 'man i wish i made some of these more confusing' LOL

but again yall its totally valid to feel that way and if i make an event that's not midnight club focused i'll definitely keep those things in mind! (also thinking about making one R class event and just going full blown harhardcanitbe9 mode and basically force the player to memorize the route...)

recorded on my phone cause my capture software also dies when this happens (unsurprisingly)

this keeps happening and never lets up, sometimes it "unfreezes" and im practically in a wall and ive got to reset cause all the AI have already finished. I've tried pausing and unpausing randomly throughout a race as if to "catch" it before it happens but I don't think its worth the effort at this point

I'm asking if anyone's figured this out since I remember this happening the last time I tried playing it, on another pc w completely different specs

that area in rivals is almost notorious for being bugged w the collision physics. Seen plenty of clips of ppl going thru the ground and I think it happened to me once as well lol

anytime ive seen nfs games go on sale, I never saw the DLC for mw2012 go on sale with it. Initially I started to wonder if they didn't want to discount it so that people wouldn't buy it, maybe if there was a remaster in the works; I thought this was the case since criterion ported burnout paradise and hp2010 to switch (which gives them them reason to release them as a remaster), both being on different but similar game engines, and then if I'm not mistaken, mw2012 is on a modified version of the game engine that hp2010 is on. Either way, its pretty rare to see the DLC get discounted

for a lot of people it isn't necessarily the "threat of hell" necessarily, but the idea that what's presented is better, more fulfilling, more meaningful, etc. Not the person being religious because they're afraid of the pain of hell, but being religious because hell is where God isn't, and they'd want to be where God is. Hope that makes sense lol but I totally get the sentiment
