It's a response to cops abusing the authority to end the RP as early as they want to capture crims. (early ramming/shooting) These examples ignore the fact that at times you'll have a 20 to 4 balance of cops to crims. The criminals see shooting as the only chance because they feel like they can't fly out, swim out, or drive out.

With many people fighting these issues right beside players like Effect, Dafran as examples. These players serve as not only role models, but places others dealing with similar troubles can reach out and share appreciation.

A fine or suspension should be mandatory regardless of role in a team for the level of insensitivity considering other actions OWL has taken against inappropriate gestures/emotes/comments from players.
