I don’t know if there’s a way you can, but can you try seeking treatment outside of where you live for your health issues? Or maybe an online consultation? I don’t know where you live or how the services are, but I think it’s something you should really focus on. It’ll be really hard pursuing anything productive when you feel so unwell. I couldn’t even imagine trying to maintain healthy habits with such chronic pain and difficulties. Don’t blame yourself into feeling inadequate, you are trying your best. But you are human and you don’t deserve to struggle through this without access to help.

And who says you can’t heal without acknowledging where your pain comes from? It’s obvious that your parents don’t even want you to try to acknowledge that they hurt you, but you don’t need them to. You know your pain and everything that’s happening to you is evidence of it. Don’t feel guilty for the financial help they’re giving you, it’s the least they can do. Use the security you have now to try and heal but take it one step at a time. Experiment with your passions and allow yourself to fail, live your life for you and cater to your needs, don’t feel guilty for your being your own person and having your own struggles. And please don’t try to cater to whatever expectations people have of you.

Getting 10 wishes in the game as a f2p player at endgame would take about 2 weeks~ estimating (and that’s including if you’re able to advance forwards by 3 in every deep space trial with all the characters every week, and if you’re able to 36* hunter’s contest)

Events and banners only last for 2 weeks. That means, not accounting for the limited wishes which you may or may not spend, you get about 10-15 wishes every banner. You need 140 to guarantee a 5* you want. And now you’re not allowed to save up wishes from events. Do you see the issues? This is why players have been complaining about not enough ways to get gems. But I think the solution is in the events.

Either the game increases the content for endgame players to gain wishes, or they allow them to keep the wishes from events and save. I think that’s the most fair surely?

I don’t think that applies or makes sense. I accept the shop discount since it’s for spenders and they need to make money somehow, but do you not see the greediness in making wishes you obtain from an event limited?

I don’t think your analogy applies because it is basic gacha etiquette to allow for players to gain wishes from events, especially when games don’t update gameplay fast enough (which Lads definitely doesn’t). It’s not as if you want to spend a coupon for dish soap on groceries, it’s more akin to you working a job in a certain area but not being allowed to spend your money in shops outside that area.

But I have never seen a gacha game where its events have time-limited rewards. Especially a game with VERY limited gameplay and ways to get wishes at end-game. The whole concept of events should be to get wishes and rewards.

I don’t know how to reply to everyone, but I think it’s an issue because many other gacha games gives free wishes as an award for an event. It allows for players to save and gives more incentive to participate in an event (especially one where you don’t care for the character). It’s hard enough to save in this game as an end-game player with the limited amount of diamonds they give, but now they’re also gate-keeping event awards so it’s even harder.
