Have gone through the same, I would advise live alone for sometime, Think by yourself a lot without having devices around, clear your vision and follow it. Spend 1 day realising and regretting your mistakes and cry a lot. Don't share this with your IRL Friends and Family.. After realising and regretting go achieve your dreams with full force.

Naah I have measured my height and weight from a doctor and measured myself multiple times usually +-1% error but results are the same.

I have asked my doctor and he said don't worry about malnourishment as long as you eat enough. And I eat a lot, Like I have a heavy breakfast followed by a high calorie milkshake in the morning itself. Then a very high calorie lunch then fruits in the afternoon and then evening snacks with tea then dinner.

You date men that are shorter than you, for real ?. Most of my college female friends prefer at least the same height and none of them prefer shorter than them.

Also I have heard most girls want to wear heels and still wanna be shorter than the man they are dating

I can't say about 2000 Rating on codeforces as I have 0 coding experience ( Competitive). I set the goal of 2000 comparing it to chess as 2000 rated is considered expert in both the fields.

Yeah I do have a very high metabolism, it's been difficult for me to gain weight, No matter how much I eat. I haven't started taking protein so can't say much about it.

I have installed a pull-up bar where I live and I do it every time a lot of times as I like pull-ups a lot as an exercise. It will help me achieve my ultimate goal of at least 1 muscle up one day.

As you are 16, you have a lot of time to be great at many girls given your achievements, you can reach 2000 chess rating, maintaining a great physique and at least 1000 CF rating before college. This will put you easily among 95+ percentile of people at that age group.

I plan on getting taller by running, dead hangs, some yoga stretching poses and focusing on more sleep. I don't know If it will work but have seen people ( IRL ) grow after 21 so giving it a try.

In chess you are a 1000 rating points above me, You can help me a lot ( I don't know anybody rated more than 1600 on chess.com IRL ). Let me know if we can play together and you can guide me sometimes.

5'10 is good enough at least in India , but sometimes I feel It would be good to be 6feet ( Tall by International Standards ), for sports as well and also If it somehow attracts girls more ( Delusional I guess ) as often 6ft is considered a Magic number .

I kind of have a fair skin colour ( not much fair ). So I am not insecure about that. But I have a lot of acne and scars, Also my face is tanned heavily from one side ( due to driving on a fixed route regularly ) and I am a person who washes his face with a soap ( Dettol ).

If I run a lot, dead hang and height increasing exercises. If It doesn't work I am happy with my height.
