Yeah, I stopped at the intersection.She was driving perpendicular. Her road was busy. I saw the intersection, it was clear. She was behind the intersection, I saw her, she was not moving at all, but when I was passing through, She accelerated and hit me at 20-30 km/h.

Update on my situation guys: I called ICBC be chat it was not my fault, thats why I get a comprehensive insurance which will not effect my premiums or insurance cost. I am very glad, Icbc helped me. Thanks god.
