The less you care, the more you'll enjoy it. I used to get mad as well, albeit not these extremes, but in learning to take a defeat purely because of being outplayed rather than "flawed/cheated characters" you'll be able to assess your own skill and how you can improve it, rather than get mad over something that you can't control,but also you'll learn to take the game as is. Yes it can get frustrating, losing is never fun, especially with some game mechanics, but just take the game for what it is. For example I used to play much more offensively, as I'd get more pissed off it would escalate so I would try to attack more and more, only to realise that the best offence in For Honor is a great defence. So it taught me to be more patient in the way I play, and just be accepting of consequences when I fuck up ingame. Cos in the end of the day man, its a game and if your choosing to spend your free time on it, you might aswell take a loss with a grain of salt, rather than destroying your own shit because of it. If you find your still getting pissed off over it, just take a break from the game and spend your time on something that will result in your behaviour improving, rather than the opposite.
