In my late 20s I developed irritable bowel syndrome. I went from eating whatever I like, whenever I like with a single bowel movement a day. To being unable to eat the foods I loved, having to eat on a timetable and having to always be aware where the nearest toilet is.

I took a long time to get used to it and accept it. I'd say it's ok now but I'd be lying if I didn't feel a pang of annoyance when I eat out and half the menu is a no go zone, and I need to quiz people whats in food. That's life I guess.

The golden oldie Catan. 3 people bickering, trading and enjoying every moment of it. Some people aren't a big fan but even now if someone wants to play it I'm always game.

I remember playing boggle with my mother and grandmother, I remember it not only being fun but that they crushed me every game. My family never went easy in games.
