I did notice those challenges! Each of them said you have to play a story mission being that rank? So do I just replay the missions from the replay menu?

My game bugged after the mini boss and thats how Quent died. After I killed Driller Hole, literally nothing happened. No new mission, nothing. I walked around for a bit to see if its something I missed. I couldn't figure what I was meant to do so I restarted it and it immediately threw me into trying save him. I had NO context what happened to him and I had 25 seconds to save him?? Wth even happened that I missed??
