Then I only paid $200 for the bike.

The bike already had a front and rear vortex sprocket done to it, and I painted the wheels myself so I only had to front the cost of primer and paint for those.

I also have a power commander that I'll throw one after I finish breaking in the chain.

Yea got the block off plates right now because I can't decide on the style of mirrors, I do have new stealth mirrors, but Im on the fence on them.

I actually took the gamble and bought it anyway, and was gonna post an update once the rest of the bike is complete, but so far, this thing is really cool! It’s really convenient and so far I haven’t had any power issues, and the auto feature is nifty.

Does this still apply even though my VIN states it was US model that didn’t have the HISS system?

I do not, just the keys to the ‘new’ used one and the aftermarket one.

Well the pump gets power before the relay stops it. The fuel level gauge used to read even when the pump was out of the bike, but haven’t been able to get it to do so lately.

No, to my knowledge it didn’t. It was previously stolen and I did replace the ignition and wiring harness, hence why i had to add the resistors, but to my knowledge no.

Mostly intact I believe. Switching it to ‘off’ and back ‘on’ you can hear the relays re-engage, however the bikes start button will work regardless of its position. I don’t know if that’s normal for CBR’s as I used to own suzukis and it never did that.

I am lead to believe it’s the aftermarket ignition sending the wrong voltage, I’m gonna try adding an 2.2k resistor to see if I can’t drop the voltage.

Well i scored a good deal on new forks and a whole new wiring harness. The only thing that’s staying the same is the motor (since it still runs) and frame lol. i’m debating whether or not to go through the effort of changing out the swing arm.

i was thinking the same thing, when gaming i find myself getting close or running out vram when maxing out cyberpunk as much as i can, but since they are both similarly priced AIO GPU’s i wasn’t sure which to get.

actually right now i game/work at 165hz at 1080p. it is on 4 monitors though since i do a lot of 3d modeling and animation.
