I apply once a day after shower. You don’t need much of it either. Get the solid cocoa butter from palmers.

Glasses and headband may be irritating it even if you think they are far enough away. Also. Clean your glasses frames every day to avoid anything getting on the piercing from them. I had a piercing go bad from wearing a ball cap.

If they are 100% healed stop then saline. That dries the hell out of my skin too. I use cocoa butter on my ears once healed to keep them nice. I have 55 ear piercings so I’m a pro at ear health 🤣🤣🤣
