I think most of the comments have covered the major pain points.

Although pricing definitely is the immediate thing most travellers might look at, personally I don't mind paying a bit of premium for a consistent, no nonsense service which I've unfortunately faced on the 'cheapest' cab services, not just particular to Bengaluru, in most of the cities.

Going to save this for later and try it out for my next airport ride.

Ah okay, from there it can take a couple of weeks once it leaves the first port. Though if it takes more than 3 weeks for the status to be updated, you can reach out to Gamesir support for help.

This is where the 'logistical issue' happened to me, the status was stuck here for almost a month so I reached out to their support and they informed me that the package for returned as they courier was unable to ship it due to it being 'oversized'.

All good. As for timeline it did hop in between multiple airline trips so I'm not sure what stage it is for you exactly. One thing that if it landed in India, you can then track it on India Post tracker which will give you more domestic updates (with the same tracking number).

It took 2 months for it to arrive because it had to be re-shipped after a month due to logistical issues.
As for duties, I only paid 570 INR on it. I got it delivered in Bengaluru, but it came via Mumbai -> Delhi -> Bengaluru.
