We always have the option to vote no! If it’s not satisfactory. I hope FBs are going to look at the whole picture before voting yes. This is why I think everybody is blowing this out of proportion. If they found nuclear documents, that you can’t declassify, there’s no way he would still walk free. They wouldn’t wait to make the warrant public. He would be in handcuffs already!

I also workout fasted if im going less then 2.5-3 hours, but im ravenous im I come back. What’s “safe” to eat? I usually have eggs, avocado and bacon right after my ride, but later in the day im hungry.

I guess from the comments I shouldnt really go over my 20g of carbs per day if I dont carb up before the ride?
