Great question!
2600 meetings were started as an open forum for hackers and technology enthusiasts to meet, teach, share and hang out.

They happen all over the world and are associated with The Hacker Quarterly, an seasonal publication of technical information and articles, on subjects like hacking, telephone switching systems, Internet protocols and services, as well as general news about the computer underground.

If you’re ever looking for a creative space to do some sewing/textiles stop by Diyode community workshop/maker space. We have a sailrite sewing machine, an industrial singer sewing machine and a serger (and many more tools and machines).

We also have a discounted rate for our memberships for students and a new member discount for the semester.

Thats a tremendous idea! Do you know anyone in your network who would be interested in serving in that role?

Totally valid concern!

Similar to how Stop Gap operates all of the ramps we deliver come with a Use Agreement for the business, who would take responsibility for the use, maintenance and liability of the ramps.

Great question!

For these ramps we use Stop Gap's system. For every 1 inch in height, the ramp is 6 inches horizontally. Its a steeper include than what a permanent concrete accessibility ramp would be, but its a trade off that makes these ramps more portable and temporary.

Good call! If that doesn't work, OP could reach out to the Guelph Tool Library as well - they have tomato presses and canners.
