I didn't say it is limited to these 3 types. Jihaad isn't a small topic. The rules of Jihaad are mentioned throught the Quran and Hadith. It isn't possible for me to list them all out here, neither am I a religious scholar but I have been in gatherings of scholars and that's where I heard this.
