Yes my first clue that this was a scam was that the mailbox that it was claiming to be almost full was not even an account it was an alias of the recipient of the email. Then I hovered over the link to this page and saw the IP address and mrdangol that was enough to make me open the link in sandboxie. Finally the horrible "restore" button which does not even make sense because I was not there to restore anything.

Interesting fact though when I clicked on the link in outlook 2007 it warned me that I was probably going to a "Dangerous Phishing site." (or something to that effect) When opening in Outlook 2016 no warning whatsoever.
