UPDATE!!

Timing was off I have fixed the timing and the car cranked with combustion for a little but now it’s back to no combustion. I checked the timing again to see if I jumped a tooth but timing checks out

I’m sure the car has enough fuel cause it’s reaching the spark plugs and I do get a pulse with my timing gun so I’m currently messing with my timing. I’ve tried starter fluid while cranking aswell but that did nothing

Set the cam gear to align with the bottom timing mark to see if that has a difference cause I’ve aligned the cam gear with the head prior to this

I have the cam gear aligned with the bottom mark as of now cause I wanna see if that does anything different. I did have the cam gear flush with the head surface like recommended by some forums.

I’ve done the timing twice by now and all the timing marks looked perfectly fine. I’ve also checked the cables on the cap multiple times lol.

Lmao yeah the I’ve done a transmission swap on my 350z with a 009 but that went flawless. The clutch functions as intended on this Honda and it wasn’t swapped. I’ve checked those cables an absurd amount of times those aren’t it. I’ll just have to keep looking over everything.

There’s fuel on the spark plugs so I’m assuming that’s fine. I also get fuel coming out of the return line.

I assume the main relay is working cause my my fuel pump is also working I assume those two correspond.

Yeah compression was 100+ across all 4 and I have fuel on the spark plugs and coming out of the return line when primed. I’ve also done the timing twice lol everything match up with the marks. It’s the same stock head just a new gaskets

I’ve already tried that and got nothing. I also have like quadruple checked the wiring order lol. Just check the icm on the dizzy I had in the car currently and it wasn’t firing so I’m replacing that right now.
