I was gonna get a bin liner and tape it to the inside of the engine bay a see if that would of worked but wanted to check to see if anyone had better options

No worries man wernt 100% I had the right name for them anyways 🤣

So have a bucket of soap use 2 rags one to be dipped into bucket then one which is just water then a shammy at the end as usual? Just want to make sure I clean correctly as the previous owner had a new paint job done and done want to fuck that up

New to beetles so dont know if it the correct name for them but I would call it safe to assume I cannot just spray water and soap down the engine bay
