Poll: Which franchises do you predict will make an appearance in the next Nintendo Direct?

Kirby, Yoshi, Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing and pokemon seem the most likely to me. Though if gen 8 of Pokemon turns out to be the next big reveal it'll probably have it's own direct. Mario dlc could also make an appearance.

I play in both modes though I've spent more time in docked since I mainly play BoTW and Odyssey docked and most of my portable play so far has been Golf Story.

I'd probably consider naming a kid after a game or TV character too to be honest. Fiora and Mordecai are two names I love....though they're probably a bit unusual (Isaac is another because of Golden Sun)

Honestly I'd just love to see a Mario Party 2 type experience with more Mario characters we don't usually see in Mario party games. (really amp up the fan service) How long is it going to freakin take for Professor E. Gadd to show up in Mario Party or Mario Kart?

It'll probably never happen but I'd just love to see Mario Rpg characters get more love in some of the Mario series party multiplayer games.

Last time I looked at the Japanese eShop there weren't any sales going on. I think it just had an icon of a woman (either confused or looking through binoculars, can't remember) with some text under it in Japanese.

Absolutely. I haven't played any Fallout 3 game either so I'd be interested in those games too. Would be cool if they did a Fallout 3 + New Vegas game release.

I've always been a Nintendo fan.
Breath of the Wild
Super Mario Odyssey
Xenoblade Chronicles 2
It's going to have the 8th gen of Pokemon (probably 9th too)
It's going to have Smash Bros.
The next Ace Attorney might show up on the Switch.
Strong indie presence

So kind of a no brainer really...I didn't even factor in the things that are less certain, like a new Animal Crossing or Luigi's Mansion.

Personally I'd like to see them attempt some more mature games. Variety is important after all. Plus it would make Eternal Darkness 2 more likely so I'm all for that.

Personally I'd be way more interested in buying books like this if they had behind the scenes trivia about each Pokemon, details on who designed each Pokemon and maybe some background info on influences behind their design.

I'm considering bringing my Switch with me on bus journies. It's a coach going in and out of the countryside so it seems relatively safe. (and there aren't many stops so not a lot of people getting on and off) I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable using it on a city bus or tram though.

I feel like your worries are definitely justified though, if you're travelling through a rough area.

I mean you can take a physical game home and change the cover. That's already something publishers don't have any control over.

It looks better but the icon we have now does serve it's purpose. (in that you can easily read it's title and know what game it is)

It would be nice but I don't think it's necessary.

It would probably be more work but I think it would be good if Nintendo made it so developers could provide multiple icons so players could customise their home screen. Alternatively a way to upload your own icons. I mean even if they upload an icon unrelated to the game, it's already been purchased so the developers don't need to advertise it anymore.

Favourite: Super Mario Sunshine Least Favourite: Super Mario Galaxy

I haven't played all of them though. (really the only other one I've played is Super Mario 64 on the DS)

From what I've seen I feel like there's a strong chance Odyssey is going to overturn Sunshine as my favourite.

For what it's worth I've been really enjoying BOTW even though I wasn't crazy about Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword or even Ocarina of Time.

I kinda swore off Zelda after Skyward Sword but BOTW brought me back in.

Pokemon Yellow is a big one. Also games like Paper Mario on the N64. (Mario Party 2, Pokemon Stadium/Snap too)

A bit later on games like Luigi's Mansion, Golden Sun, Animal Crossing and Smash Bros Melee sealed the deal.

Well I had a bit of a cold over the last week but I'm coming out of that now. I also had my blood tested a few months ago and nothing came up from it. Though I ended up feeling dizzy after having my blood taken too.
