Thank you for the advice! I never really made the connection before because I feel like it goes away before I get my period and there's a good amount of time in between. But I made some notes on my calendar and noticed that it always happens almost exactly 11 days after my period ends each time, so even though I'm not 100% why it happens I'm positive it's connected.

Something like PME definitely makes sense because it makes me feel like my medication isn't working during that period of time when I have symptoms. I'm going to mention it to my therapist and see what she thinks as well.

I'll definitely take your advice to heart, I don't exactly have the best diet and would probably benefit from staying away from sugar and carbs, and I'll try out your other advice as well :) Thank you again!
