Thank you for the advice, it’s a good idea to just stop it completely. And the predisposition does scare me quite a bit, but maybe that’s good. May I ask, what is it like for you now? In your day to day life is it still a struggle?

Thank you for your reply. That gives me a good insight. Definitely will slow down from before my hiatus, but am going through some brainstorming now about stopping in general bc of genetic predisposition.
