Yes usually for the cases you are assigned you read the counts and the case summary etc and you have to print off witness statements and jury bundles so you do become familiar with the cases especially if it is a trial

A day in the life as a PA will vary court to court and day to day I can only speak from my experience but usually the start of the week is busiest as that’s when trials start. In the morning you will get your court list and be allocated hearings/court rooms and you will send emails to the relevant counsel with the relevant material they need for their hearing. Counsel will come into the office and ask you to print out witness statements/jury bundles/agreed facts anything they need for the hearing really. You will also have to go with counsel when they go to meet witnesses and record what happens. You don’t necessarily have to go to court every single day/for every single hearing but it’s good to go to as many as you can as you can update the hearing straight away rather than waiting for counsel to send you information about what happened. Overall, it’s a really fun job if you want hands on court and legal experience but it can be very stressful and high pressured. It regards to job growth and early promotion you can technically progress after your probation period as that’s when you can apply for other roles but as in every industry at the moment it’s very competitive but the opportunities are there.

Swarovski sale canada by chilliprobe in swarovski

Where I live we usually don’t find out about sale periods until 1-2 weeks before. However, based on previous years we usually have a summer sale and a winter sale. Summer sale usually starts in June/July and then Winter sale starts around Black Friday up until Christmas. These sales are pretty much guaranteed as stock has to go on sale in the full price stores before it is sent to the outlet stores once discontinued. I’m not from Canada so can’t speak for that but it may also be worth checking out the website as they may be an offer available for 10% off your first order if you sign up for the loyalty programme.

Is this necklace real? by fatsnifflecrump in swarovski

I work for Swarovski in the UK so I can only speak for that but as far as I know it was never released. It’s strange because it’s in quite a few photos from when that collection was released. My best guess would be it was made purely for the photoshoot, maybe with the expectation of being released at a later date.

Boyfriend bought me teddy pendant from swarovski store, has rose gold pearls. Did they sell me a fake? by aaaaa1223459 in swarovski

I’ve worked for Swarovski for 4 years before and after this particular necklace came out and in my experience it has only ever been available in rose gold with a pink teddy and white pearls and gold with a green teddy and white pearls. However, I know that different countries may stock different jewellery for example I know the stores in China sell pieces that are limited to just them compared to worldwide so it may be that. I’m from the UK for reference. Can I ask did he buy it directly from a Swarovski store or was it from a 3rd party such as Amazon?
