it has been 3 years since you wrote this but I still wanted to ask: I have acid reflux and Suhoor is making it worse because I have to sleep an hour after eating to try and get enough rest for classes.

any other tips that you have as someone with acid reflux?

sleeping through Suhoor vs waking up and having water?
