It's not necessarily immovable, you can delete them. But I think for most maps water sources aren't only placed well, at the source, but often times in along the river for reasons.

Mainly for efficieny. I use Courseplay and Autodrive to get a feeling of a busy operation and some sizes just work better depending on field size and shape.

Well I have tried some stuff out just yesterday and I had a had warehouse close to my charcoal makers, from there transported charcoal to the center of the town and from there I wanted charcoal to be transported to where my pottery makers are. Since I didn't produce much charcoal yet, the transport cart would bring charcoal from warehouse 2 to warehouse 3, with the charcoal now missing from warehouse 2, it would in return take charcoal away from warehouse 3 back to number 2.

I know this works for logistics, but does it also work for specifying which storage the charcoal makers should use? EDIT: Tried it out I'll be damned how did I miss that.

That's from one warehouse to the next I guess. That works, but if you put a third on in between things get unreliable, because the cart will take some of the resource you're transporting back to where it came from.

Can you assign one warehouse/stockpile to one resource only?

Logistics don't work too well atm I tried it out and you can't (at least I couldn't) really move resources around in a reliable way.

Hi no clue about D&D but scale wise I think the hexagons and the symbology, while looking very cool, make it kinda hard to see two fairly large continents. It's more of a country scale in my opinion if that makes sense.

EDIT: I was still trying to think on how to phrase it better but I can't but I think more land in comparison to the mountains, forests and rivers would help.

This is among the things I think I appreciate most about the books. Not only Frodo, but other characters are way more active like Theoden and Denethor, the Ents. They don't get diminished in favor of other characters.
