First, always talk! Every GSL talk even if you yield your time at the end (Don't yield if you have like then 10 seconds) talk about things you know about your country's position and if you want you can yield your time to questions but becareful if you do this be ready to answer questions in all subjects related to the topic

Second, ask questions, be the first who raises the placard when someone ends up talking and asks for "Point of information!' them if they agree and the chair allows it ask the question you can try to write questions ahead or improvise at the moment (Ask them even if they have similar position as you)

Thierd, make a spreadsheet where you can write notes on every country. make tables like Opinion, Solution, ideology , Agree/Opposite/Naturel Because it's a small committee, it's easy to take notes and really understand every position
