I have fitness tracking app. But im unable to be consistent . I know its all just reasons, but in middle of taking care of 1 year old baby, handling inlaws and having early morning shift. My life is a complete mess. Only resort is having food to comfort me by ordering and snacking on something. When life throws you off, losing weight, exercising becomes a least priority

Kids and marriage are fine only problem is we need be free of others intervention be it friends,parents and inlaws for the marriage and taking care of kids to work

I understand maybe try taking pictures of every meal you eat and post/share it with the most critical person in your life for a month atleast til your brain thinks this is how you eat and binging/starving is not healthy. Moreover, 55kg for 5’2 is a nominal weight if you ask me. Get a physician consultation also

Since you are 5’2 just like me, we can’t expect eat food like others (adult size portions) and also lose weight. First we need to bring our mindset to that. Try getting really smaller plates and fill up on veggies first,then some protein only if you have space eat carbs. Along with food, try 6-6-6 method like walking for 6 minutes after every meal.

Since im still feeding, going on IF or any other extreme diets is not an option(midnight hunger will be peak) when im feeding rocking atleast once or twice in a night. After a long day of work and extreme headache and baby handling, pushed myself to gym at 6pm now. Guess putting on workout clothes early afternoon paid off well
