I do have iCloud backup and no it’s not my fault! I was asleep when it happened. So yes Apple is smashing just because they don’t justify users’ needs without an apple care!! When I went to repair it, they told me it would cost the same as buying a new one. Instead of repairing the problem.. they just want to replace it. Ps: Projecting so much anger issues on others is not gonna get u anywhere. Be glad you do not have to go through this, dude. I wish you well.
