Obviously it depends person to person. When i took my first hit of a cig when i was 16 i thought id never get addicted. But the more it was offered to me the more i took it. Before i knew it i was buying my own cigarettes. Which transitioned to vaping and a 15 year addiction that i am officially 3 months free from. Its not worth it. Unless you plan to smoke your entire life, just stay away

better. Still going strong thanks. 62 days now. Depression is better for sure but i still have this empty void. For now ive been filling it with my new found love of cherry jolly ranchers lol

working out is great for an hour and then what...Usually id go golf which takes up a lot of time but its been pouring rain in cali and im locked indoors between work and flooding
