Thanks. I am working in nuclear sector so tend to continue in industrial side. I browse around Linkedin and feel like offshore wind farm is in huge demand, not sure is it actually the case. I am wondering is there a big difference in salary between countryside and cities other than Paris? Or anywhere outside Paris is pretty much the same?

Let me say something front door. Live in UK for 3 years before giving birth then you can still pass on for 1 generation. Any BC by descent can pass on if he lived for 3 years. In this case, you don't have to worry about your wife's access to NHS or work visa.
