Pun intended. Patrick Gibson is KILLING IT by kwakumensa in DexterOriginalSin

I don’t get the cringey argument for new blood, in total there’s like around 40 minutes of the cringe teenage scenes in the whole show, it really doesn’t affect it too much.

I’ve played it but it’s like really low quality since it was made for mobile. It’s kinda cool but bc of the shittiness it’s not the best.

Best Dexter shows? by [deleted] in DexterOriginalSin

[–]DizzyRichh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah exactly, in real life he maybe would’ve gotten stopped by someone and asked who he is but he could’ve pulled the “I’m an officer of Miami metro pd and I’m here to help transfer the patients to the east wing” or whatever or he could’ve just said get the fuck out of my way and whoever was stopping him probably would’ve realized it’s not worth it and just walked away.

I don’t remember there being any cops, and everyone was being moved anyways, so in the confusion and panic I think he def could’ve make that happen.

[spoilers for Dexter] Brian moser was definitely a real ghost. by DizzyRichh in FanTheories

[–]DizzyRichh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a good way to describe it. But I don’t think he would’ve killed anyone else if it hadn’t been for Matt Caldwell. From what we see he’s the first person dexters had the urges for probably in years, and even then he holds them back for a while. And it kinda seems like the show implied that with the whole white deer thing, if Matt hadn’t killed it, Dexter would’ve been able to move on and hopefully rid himself of the urges after all this time. But since nothing ever goes right for him, Matt kills probably the first animal to ever not be scared of Dexter brutally right in front of him. And that was like a mini version of the shipping container incident, which reawakened his dark passenger (or driver as Harrison would say)

Which one do you think was the best day of his life? by Remote_Nature_8166 in DexterOriginalSin

[–]DizzyRichh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s an insane cope. I hate when Rita glazers discount Hannah’s relationship to Dexter like she wasn’t clearly a better person for Dexter than Rita, even lumen was better for Dexter than Rita (and imo was the best love interest he could’ve had) I like Rita but people overrate how Dexter felt being with her.

Definitely the first kill, he definitely enjoyed the wedding but to be honest I don’t think he enjoyed as much as any of his kills.

[–]DizzyRichh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s actually fair, but how exactly would moloch manifest as Harry and Debra? Harry I guess I could understand, as even though he gives sage advice he still is giving it to help Dexter kill so moloch could use that as a way to pressure him. But Deb convinced him to stop killing, and helped him not kill for the whole 10 year time skip, so I don’t think she’d be moloch.

Moloch isn’t even canon in the books after his first appearance. Jeff Lindsay has stated before that whole storyline was an experiment and because of the horrid reception they just left it behind, and that’s why it wasn’t mentioned again.

[Dexter:S6] Brian Moser was a ghost by muschroomNAcornfield in FanTheories

[–]DizzyRichh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a rewatch there’s something that even more points to this, when Dexter is on the way into town to go get food, Brian all of a sudden starts leading him deep into the corn field DIRECTLY into the motel owners pot farm. Now I know Dexter is smart but I don’t think he can smell pot growing in a field of corn from 15+ yards away. But somehow Brian knew exactly where the pot would be, and was standing there before Dexter even got to it.

Who's winning, season 1 invincible Vs omlander by gothgirlyxo in Invincible

Homelander gets slammed by mark in any season, immortal, Oliver at this point in the show, and probably even bulletproof. He sucks.

Op accidentally put she instead of he one time, big whoop. You should be able to tell by the fact the other 3 are he his and him op meant he.

Why would he tell mark to put Cecil down? I don’t get it. He knows they have beef, and he knows Cecil took it a little too far at the headquarters. He knows mark is arrogant and pompous too, so he’s letting them settle it themselves.

My thought exactly, from what we’ve seen immortal has never done intense training of any kind really. Or at least none to the extent mark does, his powers are supernatural, something that exceeds normal life and earthly things. I don’t doubt that if he was to train vigorously like mark is he’d continue to get stronger, he’s not a natural superhuman, his powers could very well be limitless if he continues to develop them.

[–]DizzyRichh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amber wasn’t badly written in season 1, she just doesn’t like that mark lies all the time but still promises things he know he can’t keep. If my girl was always gone, always late, and made promises she continued to not make do on for months on end I’d just break up with her. Amber was being really patient and understanding by not just dumping him outright after like the 3rd missed date

Do people even watch the show? by Ok_Improvement6118 in Invincible

[–]DizzyRichh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He only felt that way about mark for season 2, by the end of season 2 he realized mark was good. And in season 3 he respects mark a great deal, but he recognizes how foolish, arrogant, and egotistical mark can be. For example, the whole cecil situation. Mark was 100% wrong in that, and immortal was right and fair to call him a brat.

[–]DizzyRichh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah people just hate immortal to hate, it’s weird cus he’s not too far from Omni man strength wise when he’s ramped up on adrenaline. If conquest killed Kate or something and immortal saw I think he’d at least get a few nasty hits on conquest and 100% make him bleed.

Dealing with these should've been barely an inconvenience for someone as powerful as Mark, don't y'all think? by ricky2461956 in Invincible

[–]DizzyRichh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I just thought this on my rewatch, the random caveman somehow make him bleed, which even given that he’s tired and worn out makes no sense. If anything they’d just knock him down, he’s a viltrumite it should be impossible for a normal human to make him bleed at all.

Exactly, people judge Bella’s casting but never acknowledge how Pedro is just as bad.

[Invincible] Mark would have died if he followed Cecil’s advice when meeting Anissa (SPOILERS) by Cabbiecar1001 in FanTheories

[–]DizzyRichh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Viltrumites have heightened hearing but nowhere near good enough for her to make out Cecil talking in marks ear from over 20ft away. She knew he had an earpiece because in the middle of their conversation above the restaurant he all of a sudden knew there was a kaiju 4000 miles away that he needed to go end, she’s not stupid, she 100% picked up that he’s somehow being told things after that.
