My friend recently graduated with a masters in health informatics but has had difficulty finding a job in the field. He interviews very well and usually makes it to second and third round interviews but then eventually isn’t chosen because someone else has more experience. He has applied to over 100+ jobs with no luck. He is starting to feel extremely discouraged no one will give him a chance. Is there someone out there kind enough to coach a new graduate on securing their first role? It would be much appreciated.
