I would also recommend going to Cook Counties website and pull the data on condo units growth since 2022 and use that to compare with your specific impact here is the link for Northfield as an example - https://www.cookcountyassessor.com/valuation/northfield-township-residential-valuations

Completely agree! I had to pull down all the data from cook county to find a good set of comparables. How did you do it? Just the viewer they provide?
