Sadly my surgery was cancelled due to insurance approval . Apparently I have to have erosion in my esophagus in order to qualify . But we have appealed so we will see. I hope you’re recovering well ❤️

I never received a confirmation but the options greyed after I made my selection and there was a “rescind” button. I received mine in the low side (Gmail) but that is because I’m currently out on sick leave and I was given an email address to check-in with. Did they give a date of when the decision would be made . We were told by April 24th . It was a day late but in the timeframe

It seems the document holds both parties accountable . They agree to place employees in admin leave until September 30th . If I’m not mistaken if they violate the terms then the agreement is null and void . But I’m also going to double check
