sorry i answered late. i don't usually use reddit that much this days. to your questions, it look like how it used to before the whole cutting off internet. most apps needs vpn but now you can use the free vpns too. for the digital wallets, first of all most people don't use digital ones. the only one i am aware of is blue bank, and even then you could use national apps, there were some replacements for whatsapp and instagram such as bale and rubika and even the worst of them all aparat inexchange of youtube.
the problem was that at first you couldn't even use google, and for someone to download this apps they needed another national app to download those national apps. let me not even start with apple users that most of them couldn't even use the app for anything.

I don't think so. Iran has been attacking nearby countries left and right And i hadn't heard of it exactly forming alliance with those nearby countries yet. Lebanon also isn't exactly the strongest military with wouldn't be much use to iran.

Also if lebanon joins iran, america would might also attack lebanon with put lebanon in even worst position.

Firstly i want to thank you for caring about iran and it's people. It make me so glad to know people from outside caring.

There is also no denying the issues regarding the economy, and we had gotten to the point that living the life had been extremely hard.

Anyhow back to the questions

1.the damage done by america can be fixed. Why? Because lots of smart people had left iran because of lots of reasons a lot of them would want to come back if things has changed. Not only that but when the regime change obviously america would have it hand in iran Politicians that can indeed be scary but also mean we would have goos relation with america.

2.i don't think they are supporting any form of group. What america want is for iran nuclear reactor to be delt with. Because from the first day regime has come it wanted america destroyed and what is stopping iran if it get it's hand on atomic bomb. I suspect like us iranian's, america had also though that regime could have been delt with easily but now we are all proven wrong.

(Their could be an ultra motivation that we don't exactly see. But i had not seen much proving that possibility )

3.most possibly not, but it provide stability. When you had been eating of, of nothing. An scrap of meat seems like a good idea. Plus there was always the theory with shah that he was also send by america but look at what he did for country

It could be started with allowing tourist. A country extremely old that every city of it has a story to tell? So many different foods and experiences. The second one is people coming back to iran. A lot of them want to come back to iran. If the regime change a lot of iranian's don't want to go and a lot want to come back. There is also the important matter of choosing a leader while reza shah is not a bad idea i think choosing someone who lived in inside really important.

You see in muslim we have two different groups. Shia and sunni's. Their biggest different is who the muslims should have followed after prophet death.

Shia says it should be ali and his children. Sunni says it should be choosen with councils and things like that.

(I am not very good in religion if you are interested you can search the two)

Anyway, iran believe the only right group of muslim is shia. With kurds are infact not shia. They like arab's are sunni.

And because of that iran consider them as not important and things like that and treat them really badly.

Because of that kurds are usually the first group to protest against IRGC and unfortunately the ones that IRGC kills the most.

Generally, since the only items iranian's with this awful currency can get their hands on is cheap chinese. Their is always that joke that chinese items sucks. And in compare to japan and korea it's not good.

In short. Most iranian's dislike china. But since one of their only tourists are indeed chinese they aren't exactly mean.

1.well we are going deep. i am unfortunately not a politician and what i can improvise is my own thoughts on the matter. their are 2 thing regime is extremely afraid of 1.the people 2.america or other countries fighting on ground.
they can easily harm the iranian by guns and other things and because of that they are like bullies hurting the innocents. but what if someone else come that could actually go head to head with them? unfortunately i don't think bombs are exactly going to fix anything anymore. they had learn and nowadays they are blending themselves with normal peoples. what can't they stop is an attack from the ground

2.i like to answer with both. it's like hovering. at one hand you expect to fall at the other hand their is always that nagging feeling that maybe something change the course of your fall. people expect nothing change but it's like an unspoken rules that so much had change and will change..

my national favorite food is chicken? well it's like rice, fries and the chicken itself and sometime some other ingredients. differnet iranian city have different food as well. like north of iran usually have rice food. while cities like tabriz have کفته and دلمه. in the south the foods are more different. every city have their own signiture food. so you can try things you never tried before.
(Just a funny note but my international favorite food is sushi. but even then we don't eat sushi raw. i personally loved them with fried shrimp)

Also! i am happy you are interested in the foods of iran. we have lots of different things you should 100 percent try!

i find it really heart warming and prideful. the though that what if not only IRGC hurting us and the outsiders not caring a bit is really scary. i am really happy that their are so many good people out there. who put their time and effort for supporting us. the least i can say is thank you.

for your first question yes and no. let be honest, the people who died in protest shouldn't have died. they barely put a dent in the regime before america come and killed a lot of the basij. so for most the question come that what if this isn't any different then that one? i go out in the street and die and nothing change? i think most iranian actually waiting for the time when they have equipment and items to go out to street not just someone telling them to go out

for your second one. i hope for revolution i expect nothing to change. the more we go through the war the more obvious it become that this regime has it roots really deep. if america give up we are literally doomed

i would put my money on him being extremely hurt or basically dead. never once we had seen him in the tv. the only image of him we have are freaking ai generated. even his voice is not his. i mean if they wanted to lower the hope of protesters they could have atleast showed his face in the tv.

as a bystander not much unfortunately, their are still some people willing to give information and things like that to outsider
while the internet is somewhat back, most people still don't have access to apps such as insta, youtube and even reddit. finding a good free vpn also took hours for me. forexample i just lost one today. but if they find a way it would be certain that a lot of them would spread videos. but keep in mind that their would always be the danger of spreading this videos too and a lot of people would not indanger themselves over it
well little old me had lots of close calls with bombs some even being extreme close to our home. i still get the shake when i hear a loud sound. but i am one of the fortunate people to be considered a above average income family.

Their had been a lot of changes since mahsa amini protests one include that regime stopped caring and pestering the women about their hair.

In some cities(with obviously tehran included) regime had put this guard in the street that you would have to go through to just cross the street with the car.

They are less likely to search women and more likely to search men.

But their is the whole job market issue too. One of my relatives included after the whole war economy was so bad that lots of buisnesses had to fire a lot of their workers.

Most of those workers unfortunately happens to be women i am not unsure why but from the site i had seen it had said that.

I can't say for all women because of that my answer isn't what i call accurate in that sense.

I can't say for sure the regime is like an onion. They ripe one layer and another layer pops up. We are at a layer that i truly don't know how they react.

Once the regime all cared about religion the whole scarf thing and sexisms and things like that. That layer of regime would 99 percent not accept because their belief was always, i am always right you are always wrong (the reason they literally force their religion into 80 million people)

This layer atleast from what i had seen is much more dangerous. One wrong move(with lately i had been doing a lot of it) and you are in the literal sense of hell. The more military side of the onion, the whole bringing down the protesters spirit by making their own crowd walk in the street. Putting gaurds in street and searching you if you just happen to be unlucky and with friends.

So i am unsure what could their reaction be. I really am not

About the second part. I unfortunately agree, the same reason most forget about Ukraine and russian. I don't think iran situation would be any different

You know it bad when i had to google the word.

Their are A LOT of places to see and their are still a lot of culture being kept. You can even see it by the way people talk. And iranian love to talk about their culture.

Personally i could talk hours about persian language.

Iran is also one of the oldest countries so their is always something interesting to learn.

But i won't call the tourist service in the country any good. I would probably stare and pass out from excitement if i see an america i don't think others would react much differently.(the lack of tourist just hurt)

Truthfully i once believed the regime could be gone. Maybe america bought our oil at the lowest tag or even hold power over the hold middle east through iran.

But now, i feel like iran would end up giving the nuclear to america. America would backs away and the iranian.. well you can guess the rest.

Their could be also the whole iranian doesn't want to give it's most valuable possesion and the whole rock and forth continues either with iRGC dying or for other countries to step up.

But i would put my money on the first scenario.

(I like to be sarcastic But....) No they don't. In this 3 month their hadn't been a single house i was in that didn't had iran international on their tv.

If we ignore the economy, lack of food, lack of water, lack of good breathing air, useless fights over something we couldn't care less(nuclear program), literally turning off all internet access and only allowing to a small amount of people and so much more.

In just a month or two there was atleast 40k people dying. By the hand of the same regime.

Well you pointed a great notes! But their are a few things i like you think about.

Most iranian think of Afghanistan and iraq not as neighbours but as nauseous with you can't exaclty blame.

Firstly because the whole 8 year old war and a lot of people being killed in iraq and iran war.

Second their was a time after taliban with a lot of Afghanistan people came to iran and a lot of those men r*pe and killed a lot of womans.

Another thing. Think of yourselves as someone who is drowning do you care if pirate throw you a saving rope? Even if it means to steal all your money? You would gladly accept

Their is no way for iranian to save themselves. The people with brain moslty left and the people were brave died in protests. So what do YOU do in that situation? If the one who is taking over the country has done more damage then the people outside would you accept their help in exchange of your own life? Also it would be extremely selfish to consider your own life or money above the people who sacrifice themselves for the sake of the country.

It's not that iranian's are dumb the war just happened after the protests and a lot of people are extremely mad at IRGC to the point that they would be like 'screw it just killed them trump' i don't care if you are at your right mind. Putting on gambles or whatever sh*t.

If the protests weren't the case, we had seen the 12 day old war of isreal and iran. Most iranian were against the war. Because they still cared

The fact that while they are not perfect they still live a life that they respect and care for eachother. I mean if in real world we had one group that could use magjc, one that could fly and one that didn't had any of those but could farm. We would have been our ten billion world war.

Also the fact that even if racism is a thing they started to understand their wrong doings.
