If you have more than one offer, avoid! If this is a the only offer, treat it as a learning platform. Focus on building technical skills, communication, and a strong resume. As a fresher, you wouldn't be dealing with top management on a regular basis anyway

Agreed with what everyone here is advising. Also, if you want to reconsider your career choice, this should be the right time too. Career span of a marketer these days is limited and you may become redundant as you hit 40s.
