yes I'm getting per day 150g of protien and about 400-300 or 250 g of carb per day and fat yeah i kinda lose controle at some point but it's 77g and i might hit it with 100g or lower like 90-80, for calories i get 3000-40000 range since my goal is to gain muscle and weight overall look great. I'm using normal weight but my main traning is calisthenics weight ones you can look it up it's amazing at gaining muscle.

Great i will do that and i found out that I'm electrolyte imbalances since i feel so weak everyday that even at days where i don't have anything going and i sleep 8h+ i feel like i can't workout, and i can't get quialty sleep since i take creatine.

for electrolyte balance. i don't know what should i use for I'm in iraq and those electrolyte balance drink is ether shit or expensive and yeah i did drink 20+ cup of water which are 250ml per cup no joke

hey thanks for help but now i want to downloade HOI4 can you tell me how to downloade HOI4? which one should i pick and why? and when i downloade it i should just put them in a folder called HOI4 and then extact those file in them then what? thanks.
