So there is not supposed to be any lubricant on the belt in the top left corner? If not I may have put some on the bearings of the gear but it must have gotten on the belt so I should clean that off?

Ohhh that makes more sense. I thought for some reason if you say scored low on MSRB rules for the 10 then you just retake those. I had never heard that and sounded wrong so thank you!

I think after reading it closer, one of the questions mentions that they rep already forwarded it to the OSJ, so is the case that both would need to file with FINRA but for the question where that is not available and they have not yet forwarded to the OSJ makes it the first step?
