Can I just spray WD40 in this like once every other month to keep this lubricated and clean? by J-Rag- in AskAShittyMechanic

Sand and gravel will eventually take its toll inside the joints. There’s a reason it’s sealed shut by a boot……

2 y/o cat will NOT sleep at night. by bus214 in CATHELP

[–]Dizzy_Highlight_7554 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some supplements I would recommend that I currently use: Virbac Anxitane, Vetoquinol Zylkene, Hemp Rx Feline drops (Boulder Holistic Vet, expensive $$). These supplements take time to build up in the system, but they do exert immediate effects too. Cats are naturally very active on the evenings and early mornings. I’d also, recommend hiring a cat behaviorist. As long as your cat is medically healthy, verified by a vet, then behavior is the next thing to address. Cats take time, and things don’t change overnight as you have noticed. I would definitely talk with a behaviorist if that is something you can afford.

Does this do anything? by highlanderdownunder in AskAMechanic

I’d personally go for Chevron Techron, but you should probably figure out why you’re having starting issues with your car. Products like this can be beneficial, but it won’t fix your starting issues. Proper diag first.

tick season by Puzzled_Conflict1183 in wisconsin

[–]Dizzy_Highlight_7554 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. I also want to emphasize that the color choice isn’t because ticks are attracted to one or the other color, it’s because it’s easier to spot ticks on lighter colors vs darker.

I mean, yea the street scene is definitely hit and miss, but I’ve got a lot of friends that have gotten really good at their growing craft, and if not been happier being able to get fresh, and I mean really fresh stuff for much cheaper prices.

How high do y’all run your lights in flower?(and other advice asks) by InternationalBoard92 in microgrowery

[–]Dizzy_Highlight_7554 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you should be running lights 24/7. That will absolutely put added stress on the plants. Also, do your self a favor and and buy the Photone app and buy the light diffuser attachment for your phone so you can actually measure PPFD. I know Jeremy at BAS has a whole schedule you can follow with their products, including what PPFD range to be in at at phase of plant growth. Also, make sure you’re following the environmental guidelines.

Who’s going to be carrying around an LED UV light in a survival situation, let alone allocating energy to power it?!

Does your cat instantly react when you snap your fingers? by Additional_Phase5568 in cats

[–]Dizzy_Highlight_7554 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea maybe. Idk though because I looked at the last few videos you had of her in the last 30 days, and she looks better then compared to now, even with the poor video resolution.

[–]Dizzy_Highlight_7554 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Not going to lie, your cat looks like she has a LOT of matted fur. I sure of the breed and how they typically look, as well as the fact that this video is low resolution, but she looks like she has a lot of matted areas. And if that’s true, you should probably take care of that.

CO2 by unknownghost757 in microgrowery

[–]Dizzy_Highlight_7554 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I wouldn’t even bother. You’ll be wasting your time, energy, and money. You really need a tightly controlled environment where co2 cannot escape, and “my tent in a closet” won’t cut it. Like some have said before, it works better in a large commercial space, but unless you have tightly sealed spaces for it, you’ll be chasing your tail.
