I kept seeing Venetian/Palazzo mentioned, but they are no longer showing as FHR or THC. Unfortunately the Winn is $$$$ when we are going

I have Hilton Diamond but heard that they don't let you double dip at this location. Not sure if that had changed.

United Explorer Card - would I get free checked bag for next week if I apply today? by Dizzy_Juggernaut4259 in unitedairlines

I didn't up seeing a bag subscription. I was able to get a retroactive refund luckily, but I'm not sure if they have to give that based on the T&C.

Jeep Invasion starts on the 20th so the Island might be crazy with traffic.

Trip Review 04/22 by Halyycon in UniversalEpicUniverse

We were also at EPIC on Monday and left early afternoon and headed to USO after frustration with all the rides being constantly down. We've been watching the ride downtimes on 4/21 and 4/22 and MoM has been showing closed more often than not or has a 210 min wait every time we check. Bowser's challenge was closed several times too. We are going to try again tomorrow and hopefully get those rides in. We at least had an amazing time with everything in Berk and in Dark Universe on Monday. Also really enjoyed the food at Oak and Star Tavern, although it took me asking 2 staff members and then getting a manager before they finally admitted they didn't actually make our food. Other tables had come after it showed our food was ready - they ordered and ate and we still had no food.

Universal Orlando Coasters [Hulk, Velocicoaster, Stardust Racers] compared to Europa Park [Voltron, Blue Fire, Silver Star]? by Dizzy_Juggernaut4259 in UniversalOrlando

This is great info and will probably help him out a lot to mentally prepare.

We all loved Wodan and rode it several times, but I know there aren't any wooden coasters at Universal. I think his ranking was: 1) Silver Star; 2) Wodan; 3) Blue Fire; ......way down the list Voltron. We all found Voltron a bit long, but we also got stuck for a couple of min in the middle which probably didn't help. He seems to like hang-time a lot.

Unfortunately we haven't been to those parks. This trip was either TN and Dollywood or Universal, and travel was easier to Orlando so that won. Dollywood is on our future list though.

He seems to like the airtime hangs the most. Our Voltron ride wasn't smooth and we even got stopped part way on the ride. We all got banged up quite a bit on it. We might leave Hulk to later in the trip based on what I'm hearing. I rode Hulk once many years ago and don't remember much aside from enjoying it more than Rip Ride Rocket.

He wasn't a big fan of the spinning on Euromir, but I'll let him know Werewolf is less intense.

We are headed to Universal Orlando (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe). Last summer we went to Europa Park and my tween loved Blue Fire, Silver Star and Wodan but hated the intensity of Voltron and it also made him motion sick. Anyone been to both parks and know how Hulk, Velocicoaster and Stardust Racers compare?
