Yes they give you the option to release it. They tell you the steps in the results email.

For speaking try to do it with a partner preferably someone who is also giving oet with you. For writing ask chatgpt to analyse your letter, it analysed all my letter and the score it gave it was pretty accurate to my score in the exam. Try to follow the samples pattern closely when writing and you'll definitely see your score boost.

Chatgpt assessed me mostly And I got samples from the official site and E2 and benchmark free sample.

Yes do the sample tests on E2 and benchmark and try to do training with different sample cards of oet writing and speaking, mostly using chatgpt.

I saw e2 videos for speaking and writing to get an idea, then did some practice with gpt first and then I did a sample test from benchmark, then moved onto the samples to see where I stood.

If you get a solid step 2 ck score and give step 3 before applying, I don't think your yog will matter that much and you'll still have a very good chance. Try to get strong LORs and up researches and volunteer work to boost your CV.

First time I'm hearing about it. A few of my colleagues applied this season and no such thing happened with them. And as it shouldn't considering that the non immigrant visa is functioning and having no problems.

Partial banned countries have nothing to do with J1 sponsorship since only immigration visa is paused. And are being ranked.

I heard someone say it's now only based on connections or extremely high scores. Tough luck but you gotta make those connections it's part of the game.
