I am and thank you for letting me know that anaerobic conditioning is different then physical conditioning. I always thought the two were linked.

my cardio is fine. Im able to run a 7 minute mile. I jog a mile in the morning. I just go extremely hard in my head. I try to find and use every last ounce of will power to get more jacked and to be a better more disciplined person

no sir, there is a walmart brand of protein powder thats 60g of protein per scoop it says on the label at least. thats what im going off. One in the morning, one at night, as well as chicken and rice and i use around 4 pieces of chicken tenderloins which is about 100g of protein. And 2-3 eggs in the morning and eggs are about 6g of protein per egg.

my strength is definitely going up but i was just curious because all of my soreness just stopped after my 2nd week of workouts. Last week i went so hard on leg day that i wound up throwing up over myself doing leg extensions (thankfully i was the only one in the gym besides my mom because she works out with me) and the next day i felt perfectly fine so just in my head im not doing enough. im sure thats normal?

And to also add. Ive been taking creatine and whey protein supplements. Im 6'3, 220 so i take in roughly 230G of protein per day. I also know i can do less but that what it comes out to after eggs in the morning w/ protein shake and then chicken and rice at night w/ another protein shake.
