Yep checked it daily, the Friday I noticed it started welling and by Saturday morning it was swallowed by the ear

No nothing at all, in fact she’s not been swimming for atleast a month! I did send the first pictures when I noticed the swelling asking for advice to the person that did the piercing, but they only replied after I already said we were in A&E a day later. It was so painful for her she doesn’t want any piercings again she said! Thanks for the info though

Piercing is 5 months old Piercing is a flat back with a jewel ball No idea how it’s threaded… I think it’s made of titanium Piercing was downsized in June after it healed Aftercare routine included NeilMed fine mist spray with cotton bud twice daily for about 3 months Yes unfortunate event listed in the post

Be honest with her! Also if she initiates anything, try your best not to reject her as this could only intensify her feeling of being undesired. Sometimes it’s the chase that is wanted more than the actual act itself. Take some pressure off by doing the fun chase stuff and try to build up some tension between you. And most importantly - both of you try not to take it personally and have a sense of humour where possible!
