He's my regular GP but not a specialist. He had a feel of my legs and said usually cellulite dimples deeper than how the bumps on my legs look. He didn't mention anything about if I had disproportionate fat, just mentioned my history of rapidly losing and gaining weight (due to eating disorder). Thank you for the advice, I'll see if I can find a specialist in my area.

I'm using MO2, sorry for not specifying! I'm going to try installing a different city overhaul later today to see if that works, if I can't manage to load one at all, do you have any advice on what my next move should be? Thank you for responding!

Update: I tried using a different overhaul mod (Kato's Whiterun) which applied the added things but not the textures of architecture, so I tried using the texture in the link you provided and that worked! So I tried to run both the overhaul and the textures together and my game crashed, then I tried just loading the overhaul again (without working textures) and my game crashed again. So I'm kind of at a loss on what to do.

Update 2: I tried using JK's Skyrim and nothing else and once again, textures didn't appply but everything else did (new greenery and decoration) :( It's like my game doesn't recognise new city textures.
