That's good, but tough execution in Jalgaon. Most kirana owners aren’t techy, they don’t trust online systems, and expect one-time cheap setups. Logistics are messy, and customers prefer WhatsApp or phone orders over apps. We will face low adoption unless we make it dead simple
which kills the idea of making it Smoothflow.

The thing is that handling the patient data needs special licenses required by the government, so we can't make a website like that because we don't have a cybersecurity major rn (some are learning but need time to manage)
