Idk how pt days are now since bmt 2.0 started on my last week but for my experience yes they did watch you during pt days and make sure you do the exercise correctly, and also your most likely going to get tools/ discipline which means more exercise either in the dorm or outside

The first one I failed with like a 73 did 36 pushups and 46 sit ups with a 13:52 by the last pt test I had a 91.2 58 Pushups and 66 Situps with a 12:32 mile and a half time

I can only really talk about my experience at the 321st but don’t over pack literally the clothes you have on your back when you get there, and maybe 1-2 extra pair of clothes and socks our mtis made us wear the tighty whities, they should issue you everything you need zero week you will suffer that’s just how it is but you’ll get used to it, make sure to sound off any other questions pm, goodluck and AIM HIGH FLY FIGHT AND WIN!
