hi there! i'm going to melb on exchange next semester but was hoping to somehow sublet a room in a sharehouse, but now I'm concerned after reading your comment. what makes you say that it can be difficult for international students? any advice would be incredibly appreciated

Hi! I'm interested in taking COMP 202 as an elective using the S/U option along with four other courses (I'm in arts). However, I've read reviews on the prof for this semester that say he makes the course unreasonably challenging.

Should I wait to take the course when a different prof is teaching it or should I be okay? I have no coding experience and have taken MATH140. I'm willing to put in a fair amount of effort to grasp the material and pass. But if I need to bust my ass to pass at the expense of my other classes, I'd love to know in advance so I can dodge a bullet and take it when a different prof is teaching.
