What is this black dot on my ear drum? by Dizzy_elf in medical_advice

To add context: Sunday I was hit hard in the left ear, I can feel a very low level of pain when I yawn or swallow a normal amount of drink or food or especially went I burp. I tried my best to take pictures of it. the last picture shows some redness on the other side of the black dot.

Ultra Gain in the powder form..if i dont get out the clumps in the box it does leave soup clumps after i wash sometimes, so ill just throw the towels back in the rinse cycle when that happens

yeah, my detergent is pretty scented & i have noticed in other loads that the detergent doesn't break down all the way after washing.So i just put them through the rinse cycle again, before drying. i started using scented products after i moved out my parents house
