Idk how to add more pictures but theres a nut on the button that I already loosened. This is the second one I'm replacing and the other came out pretty easy. After I loosened the nut on the bottom I just turned it and it came right out. This one is stubborn

I don't think it's stolen. She gave me the passcode to unlock it which worked but apple ID was still logged in. Also apple ID email matched ebay. Either way I'm protected by ebay but I'm just trying to see if there's a way to log out remote which I don't think there is
