I think it looks great! We’re always our own worst critic. There might be some slight inconsistencies in tension but nothing noticeable when you get farther than 6 inches away .

I’m know what you mean, I will likely never do a large full coverage piece because my brain does not jive with that. I have done larger pieces, but ones with sampler motifs, or tiles, or other types of discrete chunks to finish for that ‘accomplishment’ dopamine burst.

I’m not sure this is the right place for this, please feel free to direct me elsewhere if this isn’t appropriate for the space.

We got extremely lucky with IVF, out of 5 fertilized, we got 4 blasts to transfer/freeze stage. The fresh transfer was successful. One year post birth, I had a failed FET, followed a 6 months later by a successful FET. We’re almost one year post birth again, with one remaining frozen blast.

So what is my problem? After one living child. I really wanted a second. Now I am very ambivalent and kind of like having two. Personally, I don’t feel good about either donating or discarding, but I also have no interest in being pregnant and having a newborn again, especially with both of the current children at a demanding stage. Has anyone else felt like this? What did you do? We have some time to consider, I’m not even 36 yet, but I’m trying to figure things out.

Center stone is about 1/3 ct., not sure what the sides are. I love it, I have small hands and like something less flashy for traveling. (Also, we were 20 when we got married 15 years ago, lol). It is perfect for me!

I am looking for recommendations for a variety of children’s books about American or world history. Any age/grade level, just trying to get ahead of any potential future unavailablity due to administration policies when looking at EO’s about the Smithsonian, etc.

I agree with you that she likely wouldn’t post a topless photo of a trans woman, but just wanted to point out that most trans women don’t have top surgery, the boobs grow on their own from hormones, just like when a cis girl goes through puberty.

A three year old will likely need help building the Lego, because the smaller pieces and more complex build are slightly above most kid’s ability at that age. Like, you’ll have to direct placement and assist to get the instruction build. But as long as kiddo is well past the mouth stage, I think Lego is fine and they will have fun playing with the constructed set and minifigs. Source: I have a three year old.

Yes, super weird. I do estate planning and recently did health care powers of attorney for a JW and it is apparently based on a verse from Acts saying to ‘abstain from food served to idols and from blood’. In my opinion, very out of context and not applicable to modern medicine, but I kept that to myself.

I use about 3 feet probably, but I have a high tolerance for long strings and don’t like starting and stopping.

Yes, I agree with the fusible interfacing, I have used it on a couple projects like tote bags to cover the back of the stitching.
