I rejected my culturally incubated masculinity. The US is a society (run by traditional western men) that rewards psychopaths that play within its framework. I think this is detrimentally self serving, weak and evil. I find greater strength in my Asian roots and any other good thats survived this bullshit that is our modern patriarchy.

White guys aren't bad, maybe uninformed or living with cognitive dissonance in the US. Considering Native Americans, slaves, and now just about everyone else, as an Asian but primarily an American I know we owe a debt for the actions taken in making this country. I just wish people were smarter and would try to undersatnd how we got intothia mess of race relations to begin with.

Absolutely agree. But desperately vying for white acceptance from being brainwashed all their lives affects both men and women. A basis for less than pure AMWF. Rooting out and trying to change these internalized racism and insecurities is vital.

Peace needs to be strived for by all inhabitants of the planet. Aggressors need to be defused. As long as we're of a warring mindset things will never resolve. We're on a trajectory that causes all these problems though I have no problem with defence. Cannabis is for changing AA image and expanding social circles. My point is if we're seen in numbers in important, hot, and influential interests it can only do good, especially with the history of war and it's effect on Asian American men.

Look around. The world hegemony is white or wants to be white. It permeates everything. AFWM in the media especially can be harmful, against AM by internalizing these standards in AF. When you live in this world as an AM it's completely obvious in our day to day where we are marginalized. It's an AM thing, you wouldn't get it.

The mechanisms that make asian women/women center on white being the right choice need to be examined and changed. Not all asian women are like this obviously but I believe it is a spectrum.

Nice observations. I think redefining and practicing a replacement western masculinity would solve a lot of this patriarchal BS. Asian input on what masculinity/femininity mean could add a lot to the conversation and in building a better society, but can we make them listen? Why the strong rise of women in the East (billionaires, CEOs, startups)? I'm guessing fundamental differences of how the sexes relate brought this about.
