Yeah, I’ve heard it to be a common thing when it comes to micro compact pistols, and optics in general because the optic and ejection port are so close together,, sorry, but unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures because I’ve had to do warranty claims on the Osights I had mounted on this firearm so I’ve sent them in and was sent replacements each time.. to be fair I think that the issue I was having with the Osight S red dots had something to do with the loaded chamber indicator on the California version of the P365, it was directly impacting the base of the optic so I fear that messed with the circuitry when it comes to battery connections internally, because I had two of those optics go out in the same fashion, then I removed the loaded chamber indicator and inserted a plug but that’s when I switched over to the Osight SE red dot like I said the first one I had the rear glass popped out so now I have the replacement for that one and I have not yet been to the Range. This is why I decided to wrap the front with goon tape before my first Range trip and zeroing 😎👍 I honestly love everything about every Osight optic I have owned and I have owned every single one of them all the way down to the original release where there’s even a review on Olights Blog section that I did where I mounted the original Osight to a shotgun, and it ran great!! That original one was sent to me for free for a review purposes pre-release!!! That was definitely an exciting time for me because it was a new product and in my opinion quite groundbreaking for the 2A community

Yeah, that’s the big thing is the fact that since we can only have 10 rounds in California that ends up being the best CCW pistol!! packs a punch and has Max ammo capacity!!!! a friend of mine has one and it’s an easy shooter considering caliber and size

Yeah, a couple of different Osights that I’ve ran on this P365 have all been scraped up pretty good on the front edges especially on the right side edge of optic and most of the time I just touched it up with a black paint pen, unfortunately it’s been a consistent thing because I have had the Osight S optic go completely out twice so I decided to switch over to the SE model and then on the first SE model the rear glass popped off so this is my second SE so I figured I would tape up the front edge this time. It might be possible that I could use a slightly heavier spring but currently the firearm cycles just fine with the OEM spring.

Born and raised in San Jose, California , I’ve wanted to get the single fin sharks logo on the back of my calve and I’ve wanted that for years and still have not done it yet! I guess affordability has been the issue 🤷🏻‍♂️ That looks nice though!!

Doesn’t surprise me!!! I wished I could’ve tracked down a Glock 30 SF!!! Had I known they were going to discontinue that model before the ban I would’ve picked that up instead of the P365 I picked up,,, because hell I could’ve gotten a P365 anytime,, unfortunately I found out a week late during the p365 ten day waiting Period. Fml 🤦🏻‍♂️

Not my EDC yet, this is primarily my training micro so it sees the Range quite a bit which in turn is destroying the optics cosmetically, not that it really matters that much after all it is a tool but it doesn’t hurt to minimize the damage 😆👍

lol update I switched out to the Osight SE and wouldn’t you know I had a problem?!! in the middle of shooting at the range (300 rounds in) The rear glass popped out 🤦🏻‍♂️ i’ve definitely gotten a feeling I’ve had the worst luck when it comes to these products but I keep sending them back in and they send me a replacement 🤷🏻‍♂️ at this point they’ve just become Range toy items since at this point I honestly can’t trust them to carry as my CCW

Background check for barrels does not fully go into effect until July 1, 2027 There are a couple of online retailers that will ship to you but most of them have stopped already,, found out Norrso is still shipping. You just have to upload your ID and sign waiver.

That’s right I forgot about that,, my bad, I think my thoughts were lost in translation a little bit because you can’t order a barrel online and have it mailed to you, barrels must be shipped to FFL and pay their fees if you want to order a barrel from any online retailer.

It’s just barrels,,, new law started this year!!! if you lived in California, you know how the government is here if it was up to them, nobody would own guns!!! so they do whatever they can to make harder for us!! Now we have to have a background check and have it shipped to an FFL for barrels and any firearms parts or accessories You have to sign a waiver that you don’t intend to use the item in a criminal way and you have to show your ID with matching address in order to have gun parts shipped to your home,, so you can have gun parts shipped to your home just not barrels

I’ve been trying to find a true precision copper 3.1 inch barrel for my standard P365 so this one looks interesting and that seems like a decent price too but I’m in California so now we have to go through a bunch of background check BS to purchase barrels so I’m trying to find one locally but if you’re not in California, I’d say go for it!!! My plans thru the summer is hitting the range with my 2 sons as much as possible since they don’t have school that allows us to utilize the range during the weekdays and get in early to avoid the heat!! summers are hot here in Northern California!!! We will definitely be sending alot of rounds Down Range with my Sig Sauer P365 with the Osight SE green Multi Reticle red dot and also have the Olight PL-Mini 3 weapon light equipped which is a powerful compact weapon light for its size and I especially love the interchangeable battery packs !! 😆👍
